Who am I?
I am a 21-year-old Journalism student at Northeastern University. I have a deeply-rooted interest in Boston sports, especially the Red Sox. That's why I have chosen them as the main team to blog about. I believe my most important trait as a Red Sox fan is that I am an optimist- something very few Sox fans, even in this era, can claim. I will try to watch as many games as possible, take notes, offer analysis and give my personal comments accordingly. I will also blog about relevant sports topics and the playoffs of every major sport. You will find out in this blog that I am also a fan of the New England Patriots, Boston Bruins, Boston Celtics and even the Dallas Stars of the NHL.

I don't intend on saying much in this inaugural post; I just want to use this to launch my newest blog into existence. This blog will primarily concern the Red Sox, but I will offer my opinion and insight on all the Boston teams when need be. Tonight I will not be able to see the Red Sox game...Because I'll be in attendance at the Celtics game! I will be sure to take notes if possible, and absorb anything I can from the game to comment on later. I hope to provide a voice to Red Sox Nation that is refreshing, relevant, reliable and reasonable (didn't even mean for that alliteration)...Enjoy reading!
