ually does throughout the season but who stepped up? Pretty much everyone else like Ginobili, Parker, Bowen, Finley, Udoka, Horry and the list goes on, played unbelievably well. They played as dynasties do and even better. How many teams actually come back 0-2 in a Western Conference semi-finals game against a great team like the New Orleans Hornets? Well, dynasties do. The next challenge for the Spurs will be the Los Angeles Lakers. This will be a tough battle but in the end the Spurs will prevail because of their bench. If Michael Finley and Robert Horry come off the bench and hit a few threes, they will win the game. If Ime Udoka and Robert Horry come off the bench and provide unstoppable defensive plays, they will win the game. If Robert Horry comes off the bench and scores a field goal with dying seconds left in the game, obviously, they will win the game. Notice how many times Robert Horry was mentioned in the team’s game plan. If one has to make a comparison though, one could make a good comparison to the Utah Jazz of the mid-90s but better. y. Again they outplayed the Spurs.Every time it seemed the Spurs’ Manu Ginobili or Tony Parker could end the bleeding with a three pointer or driving the lane, the Hornets came right back with an alleyoop or a West three-pointer. A lot of analysts say the Hornets are inexperienced and young and can’t win the championship, well...Tuesday’s game really changed things around or did it?The Hornets have not won in San Antonio and like most NBA teams in the playoffs; it seems to be very hard for a team to win on the road this year (except for the Pistons). As long as they continue to play this well especially with the defense and the mismatches on offense, they could beat the Spurs.
