PATS PERFECTION! An effort to keep the senior citizens of the '72 Miami Dolphins sober in 2007

For years we've had to listen to Donny Shula blabbing on about how his "Perfect Team" is the only undefeated team in history and how every year the 72' Fin clan pops open a bottle of the bubbly and gets trashed celebrating the preservation of their undefeated season for one more year...that is...until this year.  Amist the "spygate" problems in New York the new horse has darted to the front of the pack and with 2 additional regular season games the Pats have managed to keep the bubbly corked and kept a few senior citizens sober this season.

I might feel a bit sad for this once "unbeatable" record to be repeated, that is until I heard Mr. Shula cheering for the Ravens to beat the Pats on a Monday Night game.  Show some class Donny!

For someone as outspoken about playing by the "rules" and how the New England Patriots should be punished for "spygate", let's take a walk down memory lane.  The only thing holding up the 72' Fins' halos are their horns.  The Miami Dolphins, in desperate need to create a winning franchise Owner Joe Robbie illegally signed Don Shula to a contract and was charged with tampering with the result of surrendering their first round pick to the Baltimore Colts.

In the end, the Pats are the ONLY teams to finish a 16 game season undefeated.  Tom Brady and Randy Moss gear up for the Jags to come to Foxboro on Saturday and we're only 3 games away from a season to be remembered!
